Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times Delivery times vary by destination. Standard international shipping typically takes 7–20 business days. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs processing or events outside our control (consistent with Section 5 of our Terms of Service).

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include shipping charges.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
